KD Academy does not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this web site, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email or by using an electronic form, booking or reserving tickets, or enquiring about any of our services.

Any personal data provided to KD Academy will be used for providing you with the information or service you have requested. We will not sell or give your information onto 3rd parties & all communication will be in accordance with your choices, when you opt in.

Where you have made a purchase, we will hold all your data in relation to that purchase for 7 years. We are required to retain this information by applicable UK tax law.

If you have opted-in to receive email marketing information from us, we will hold your contact details for seven years for marketing purposes. You will be given the option to opt-out (unsubscribe) from each marketing email you receive from Us.
